Before you order
- Most cap fronts take a 2 to 2.5 inch patch. Taller patches can fold over the crown.
- Sew-on is the most secure for hats. Iron-on only works on heat-safe fabric, not foam or mesh.
- Keep text bold and short; a cap patch is small and seen from a distance.
- We make the patches only. You, a local shop or your hat supplier attach them.

- Order and pay a deposit. Choose size, quantity and backing, upload your artwork and pay 25%, 50% or 100% upfront.
- Free digital mockup within 6 hours. Ask for as many changes as you like.
- Physical sample in 2 to 3 days. We make one real patch so you can check it before the full run.
- Production, about 2 weeks. Starts once the sample is approved and the order is paid in full.
- Free shipping, about 2 weeks. You get a tracking link to follow every stage.

What size patch fits on a hat?
Usually 2 to 2.5 inches (5 to 6.5 cm) for a cap front. Beanies can take up to about 3 inches.
Which patch type is best for hats?
Embroidered for the classic look, woven for detailed logos, and PVC for a raised rubber patch. All three work well on caps.
Do you put the patches on the hats?
No. We make the patches with the backing you choose, and you or your hat supplier attach them.
What is the minimum order?
25 patches per design. Price per patch drops as the quantity goes up.
How long do hat patches take?
About 4 to 5 weeks in total: mockup within 6 hours, a physical sample in 2 to 3 days, about 2 weeks of production, then about 2 weeks of shipping.
