Guarantee
Three promises, in writing.
We make patches for groups that show up together. So we promise three things, and we keep them.
Thread codes locked forever
The thread colors used on your order are recorded and locked to it. We do not swap them, and they do not drift.
Every reorder matches the first
Order again next month or next year and the new batch is made to match the original.
Remake or refund
If something is wrong with your order, we remake it or refund you. No runaround.
