Before you order
- Send your logo as a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) if you have one. A clear PNG also works.
- Tell us your brand colors (Pantone codes if you have them) and we match them on the mockup.
- Sew-on is best for uniforms that are washed often.
- Order one design in a few sizes for chest, sleeve and cap.

How ordering works
The same five steps on every order, so nothing gets made until you have seen it.
- Order and pay a deposit. Choose size, quantity and backing, upload your artwork and pay 25%, 50% or 100% upfront.
- Free digital mockup within 6 hours. Ask for as many changes as you like.
- Physical sample in 2 to 3 days. We make one real patch so you can check it before the full run.
- Production, about 2 weeks. Starts once the sample is approved and the order is paid in full.
- Free shipping, about 2 weeks. You get a tracking link to follow every stage.

Can you match our brand colors?
Yes. Send Pantone codes or a color reference and we match them as closely as the thread or print allows. You check the colors on the physical sample.
What file should I send?
A vector logo (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) is best. A high resolution PNG or JPG also works and we redraw it.
Can we order the same logo in different sizes?
Yes. Each size is its own order line with a 25-piece minimum.
Do you sew the patches onto our uniforms?
No. We make the patches. You, your uniform supplier or a local tailor attach them.
How long does an order take?
About 4 to 5 weeks in total: mockup within 6 hours, a physical sample in 2 to 3 days, about 2 weeks of production, then about 2 weeks of shipping.
