Before you order
- Send your current patch or seal artwork. We match the colors and keep every reorder consistent.
- Sew-on backing is included and is the most secure choice for uniforms that are washed often.
- If your seal has very small text, ask for a woven version, which holds detail better.
- Need a large back patch? Anything over 5 inches is quoted by hand.

Embroidered
The standard for uniform shoulder patches. Raised thread, a clean stitched border and colors that hold through repeated washing.

Woven
Holds fine detail in seals, small lettering and badge outlines that embroidery cannot.

How ordering works

- Order and pay a deposit. Choose size, quantity and backing, upload your artwork and pay 25%, 50% or 100% upfront.
- Free digital mockup within 6 hours. Ask for as many changes as you like.
- Physical sample in 2 to 3 days. We make one real patch so you can check it before the full run.
- Production, about 2 weeks. Starts once the sample is approved and the order is paid in full.
- Free shipping, about 2 weeks. You get a tracking link to follow every stage.

Can you match our existing department patch?
Yes. Send a photo or file of your current patch and the colors you use. We match it on the mockup and you approve a physical sample before production.
Which backing is best for uniforms?
Sew-on, which is included. It is the most secure and survives repeated washing. Velcro is available for tactical uniforms.
Do you make patches for volunteer departments and fundraisers?
Yes. The minimum is 25 pieces, which suits small departments, station patches and charity events.
Will reorders match the first order?
Yes. We keep your approved design and thread colors so reorders match.
How long does an order take?
About 4 to 5 weeks in total: mockup within 6 hours, a physical sample in 2 to 3 days, about 2 weeks of production, then about 2 weeks of shipping.
