About Legion Patches
Legion Patches makes custom patches for groups that wear them together: clubs, teams, units, departments, companies and brands. We make every order in our own factory, from 25 pieces, and we send you a real sample before we make the rest.
Why we started
Most people ordering custom patches only ever see a flat digital proof before hundreds of pieces are made. If the colors are off or the text is too small to stitch, they find out when the box arrives. We started Legion Patches to take that guesswork out of the process.
How we work
Our own factory
We make your patches in our own factory, not through a chain of middlemen, so we control the quality, the thread and the timeline.
Mockup in 6 hours
Send your logo, sketch or idea and get a free digital mockup within 6 hours. Ask for as many changes as you like.
Sample before production
Once you approve the mockup, we make one real patch and show it to you before the full order is made.
What we make
- Embroidered patches: stitched thread on twill, the classic patch look
- Woven patches: fine detail and small text
- PVC patches: molded rubber with raised 3D detail, waterproof
- UV + PVC patches: full-color printed PVC
- Sublimated patches: full-color printed fabric
Every type comes with sew-on backing included, or iron-on or Velcro (hook and loop) for a small extra cost. Prices are shown instantly in US dollars on our quote page.
