Before you order
- Send a vector logo (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) if you have one. A clear PNG also works.
- Share your Pantone or brand colors so we can match them on the mockup.
- For hats, sew-on is the most common choice. Tell us the hat style and we will suggest a size.
- Selling the patches? Reorders keep the same approved colors and size.

How ordering works

- Order and pay a deposit. Choose size, quantity and backing, upload your artwork and pay 25%, 50% or 100% upfront.
- Free digital mockup within 6 hours. Ask for as many changes as you like.
- Physical sample in 2 to 3 days. We make one real patch so you can check it before the full run.
- Production, about 2 weeks. Starts once the sample is approved and the order is paid in full.
- Free shipping, about 2 weeks. You get a tracking link to follow every stage.

Which patch type is best for a logo?
Woven for detailed logos and small text, embroidered for the classic stitched look, PVC for raised rubber on hats and merch, and UV + PVC for full-color logos with gradients.
Can you match our brand colors?
Send your Pantone or brand color codes and we match them as closely as the thread or PVC allows. You approve a physical sample before production.
What file should I send?
A vector file is best (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF), but a clear PNG or JPG works. We prepare the artwork for production at no charge.
Do you put patches on hats or shirts for us?
We make the patches only. You or your printer apply them, using the backing you choose.
How long does an order take?
About 4 to 5 weeks in total: mockup within 6 hours, a physical sample in 2 to 3 days, about 2 weeks of production, then about 2 weeks of shipping.
