Before you order
- Velcro (hook and loop) backing adds a small fee per patch and lets you swap patches on any loop panel.
- PVC works best with bold shapes and solid colors. For full-color art, pick UV + PVC.
- Keep small text to a minimum on PVC. We flag anything too fine on your mockup.

The go-to for morale patches. Molded rubber with raised detail, waterproof and tough enough for plate carriers, packs and range bags.

How ordering works
The same five steps on every order, so nothing gets made until you have seen it.
- Order and pay a deposit. Choose size, quantity and backing, upload your artwork and pay 25%, 50% or 100% upfront.
- Free digital mockup within 6 hours. Ask for as many changes as you like.
- Physical sample in 2 to 3 days. We make one real patch so you can check it before the full run.
- Production, about 2 weeks. Starts once the sample is approved and the order is paid in full.
- Free shipping, about 2 weeks. You get a tracking link to follow every stage.

What makes a good morale patch
- Read it at arm's length. One short line of text or one strong image works better than a busy design.
- Use bold shapes and solid colors for PVC. For shading or illustration, choose UV + PVC.
- Keep text big enough. On PVC, keep lettering at least about 3/16 inch (5 mm) tall.
- Make it yours. Original jokes, unit in-jokes and your own characters make the best patches, and they are the only kind we can make.

Starting a morale patch line
Many morale patch brands start small. With a 25-piece minimum per design, you can test a few designs, see which ones sell and reorder the winners in bigger batches at a lower price per patch. Once you approve a sample, we record the colors on your order, so every reorder matches the first batch.
Selling at events or online? Order 50 to 100 of your strongest design and 25 of the others. You can change the mix on the next order once you know what sells.

Do your morale patches come with Velcro?
Velcro hook and loop backing is available on every patch type for a small extra charge per patch. Sew-on backing is included.
PVC or embroidered for a morale patch?
PVC is waterproof, flexible and shows raised 3D detail, which is why most morale patches are PVC. Embroidery gives the classic stitched look and suits uniforms.
Can I order a small run?
Yes. The minimum is 25 pieces per design, which suits a squad, team or small run for sale.
Can you copy an existing patch design?
We can make patches from artwork you own or have permission to use. We do not reproduce other brands' designs or trademarks.
How long do custom morale patches take?
About 4 to 5 weeks in total: mockup within 6 hours, a physical sample in 2 to 3 days, about 2 weeks of production, then about 2 weeks of shipping.
What size is a standard morale patch?
Most morale patches are 2 by 3 inches or 3 inches round, which fit the loop panels on packs, plate carriers and caps.
Can I sell the morale patches you make for me?
Yes, as long as the design is your own or you have permission to use it. Many small brands start with 25 pieces per design and reorder what sells.
