Before you order
- Most shoulder patches are 3.5 to 4.5 inches tall. Send the size of your current patch.
- Send a photo or scan of the current patch so the colors and seal match exactly.
- Official department insignia is made only for the department or with its written approval.
- Sew-on is the standard backing for uniforms. Add Velcro for vests and tactical gear.

Embroidered
The standard for shoulder patches: raised thread and a merrowed border that lasts on daily uniforms.

Sharp seals, small lettering and fine detail on a thin, flat patch.

How ordering works

- Order and pay a deposit. Choose size, quantity and backing, upload your artwork and pay 25%, 50% or 100% upfront.
- Free digital mockup within 6 hours. Ask for as many changes as you like.
- Physical sample in 2 to 3 days. We make one real patch so you can check it before the full run.
- Production, about 2 weeks. Starts once the sample is approved and the order is paid in full.
- Free shipping, about 2 weeks. You get a tracking link to follow every stage.

Who can order department shoulder patches?
The department, or someone with its written approval. For charity, awareness and morale patches, send your own artwork.
Can you match our current patch?
Yes. Send a clear photo or scan and the size. We match the colors, seal and lettering on the free mockup.
Embroidered or woven for a shoulder patch?
Embroidered is the classic choice. Woven is better when the seal has very small text or fine detail.
What is the minimum order?
25 pieces per design. Price per patch drops as the quantity goes up.
How long does an order take?
About 4 to 5 weeks in total: mockup within 6 hours, a physical sample in 2 to 3 days, about 2 weeks of production, then about 2 weeks of shipping.
