These terms apply when you use legionpatches.com or order from Legion Patches. Legion Patches is a US business. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Legion Patches. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

What we sell

We make custom embroidered, woven, sublimated, PVC and UV + PVC patches from artwork you supply, from 25 pieces per design. Each order includes a free digital mockup and a physical sample for your approval before production. Patch types, sizes, backings and prices are described on our patches page and in the calculator.

Orders and prices

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and come from our calculator at the time you order. Shipping is included in the price. Sizes or quantities outside the calculator are quoted by hand. If we find a pricing error, we tell you and give you the choice of the correct price or a full refund before production starts. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email.

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and PayPal. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor, and PayPal payments by PayPal. All prices are charged in US dollars (USD). We never see or store your full card number. Our site uses HTTPS encryption on every page.

At checkout you can pay 25%, 50% or 100% of your order. At least 25% must be paid before we finalize your mockup, and your order must be paid in full before production starts. We email you a link to pay any balance.

Mockups, samples and approval

We prepare your artwork for production free of charge and send you a digital mockup, with free revisions. After you approve it, we make a physical sample. Production starts only after you approve the sample. Please check spelling, colors and sizes carefully. We make the patches to the artwork you approve.

Your artwork

You confirm that you own the artwork you send us or have permission to use it, including any logos, trademarks, names or images in it. We may decline or cancel an order that appears to infringe someone else’s rights or that contains offensive or unlawful content, and we refund you in full if we do. Official insignia for police, military or other agencies is made only for that agency or with its written approval.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery times, destinations, tracking and customs charges are explained in our shipping policy. Shipping is free, and we pay the import duties and taxes for every country we ship to.

Cancellations, refunds and returns

You can cancel for a full refund until production starts. If something is wrong with your order because of us, we remake it or refund you. Full details are in our refund and return policy.

Promotions

Any discount or promotion is shown with its conditions where it is offered. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined and have no cash value.

Export and legal restrictions

We do not ship to countries or people where US law prohibits it. You are responsible for making sure the patches you order are legal to import and use where you live.

Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Disputes

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first so we can put it right. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the US state where Legion Patches is registered.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one shown when you placed it.
