Before you order
- Send the exact sizes you use now. Matching existing colors means every patch on the vest should line up.
- Tell us your thread colors, or send a photo of a current patch and we will match it on the mockup.
- Sew-on is the usual backing for vests. Iron-on alone is not strong enough for leather.
- Center patches bigger than 5 inches are quoted by hand. Message us the size and we will price it.

Embroidered
The classic choice for club colors. Raised thread and a stitched border hold up on leather and denim vests for years.

Best for small name tabs and officer tabs where the lettering is tiny and needs to stay sharp.

How ordering works
The same five steps on every order, so nothing gets made until you have seen it.
- Order and pay a deposit. Choose size, quantity and backing, upload your artwork and pay 25%, 50% or 100% upfront.
- Free digital mockup within 6 hours. Ask for as many changes as you like.
- Physical sample in 2 to 3 days. We make one real patch so you can check it before the full run.
- Production, about 2 weeks. Starts once the sample is approved and the order is paid in full.
- Free shipping, about 2 weeks. You get a tracking link to follow every stage.

Can you make matching rockers and a center patch?
Yes. Send all the pieces together and we will mock up the full set so the colors, lettering and borders match across every patch.
What size are motorcycle club patches?
Clubs set their own sizes. Our instant prices cover 2 to 5 inches; larger back patches and long rockers are quoted by hand. Send us the sizes you use and we will match them.
Which backing is best for a leather vest?
Sew-on, which is included. Iron-on does not bond well to leather, and sewing keeps the patch secure for years of riding.
What is the minimum order?
25 pieces per design. Price per patch drops as the quantity goes up.
How long do MC patches take?
About 4 to 5 weeks in total: mockup within 6 hours, a physical sample in 2 to 3 days, about 2 weeks of production after you approve the sample, then about 2 weeks of shipping.
