Legion Patches custom patches cost $1.22 to $9.71 per patch with sew-on backing, depending on patch type, size and quantity. Orders start at 25 pieces. Sew-on backing, a free digital mockup within 6 hours, a physical sample before production, free shipping and import duties are all included in the price.

- Lowest price per patch: from $1.22 (woven), $1.22 (embroidered), $1.28 (sublimated), $1.32 (PVC) and $1.32 (UV + PVC) at higher quantities
- Sizes priced instantly: 2, 3, 4 and 5 inches. Larger sizes and unusual shapes are quoted by hand.
- Backing: sew-on included. Iron-on adds $0.15 per patch. Velcro (hook and loop) adds $0.56 per patch.
- Included at no extra cost: digitizing and artwork setup, a free digital mockup within 6 hours with unlimited revisions, a physical sample before production, free shipping and import duties

What changes the price
- Quantity: the price per patch drops as quantity goes up, because setup is shared across more pieces.
- Size: larger patches use more thread or material.
- Patch type: woven and embroidered are usually the lowest cost; PVC and UV + PVC cost more at small quantities because each design needs a mold or print setup.
- Backing: sew-on is included, iron-on and Velcro add a small amount per patch.

Are there setup or digitizing fees?
No. Artwork setup, digitizing, the digital mockup and the physical sample are included in the price per patch.
Is shipping included?
Yes. Shipping is free, and we pay the import duties, so there is nothing extra to pay when your patches arrive.
What is the minimum order?
25 pieces per design.
Can I get one patch or a sample before ordering?
Every order includes one physical sample for you to approve before the full run is made.
How do I pay?
You can pay 25%, 50% or 100% upfront. The order must be paid in full before production starts.
