This page explains what personal information Legion Patches collects when you use this website, why we collect it and what we do with it.

Who we are

Legion Patches is a US business. You can reach us by email at contact@legionpatches.com, on WhatsApp at +1 437 703 7747 or through the contact page.

What we collect

• Quotes and orders. Your name, email address, phone number if you give one, shipping and billing address, the details of your order, and any artwork you upload.
• Payments. Card payments are processed by Stripe, our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor, and PayPal payments by PayPal. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our website. We receive confirmation of your payment and limited details such as the card brand and last four digits. We never see or store your full card number.
• Messages. Your name, email address and whatever you write to us on the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp.
• Saved quotes. If you start a quote or checkout and leave your email address, we keep the quote so we can follow up. We may send up to two reminder emails, and each one has a link to stop them.
• Technical data. Your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, kept in server logs to keep the site secure and working.

Cookies and analytics

We use the cookies the shop needs to work, such as the ones that remember your quote and cart. We also use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are visited and where people click and scroll. Microsoft Clarity captures how you use and interact with the site through behavioral metrics, heatmaps and session replay. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies. Visitors in the European Union and the United Kingdom are asked for consent before analytics cookies are set. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use your information

• To price, make, ship and support your order, including preparing your artwork.
• To take payments and issue refunds.
• To send order confirmations, updates and tracking details.
• To reply to your messages.
• To follow up on quotes you saved, with an easy way to opt out.
• To prevent fraud and abuse and to keep records the law requires.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal bases are performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running the shop and following up on quotes, your consent for analytics, and our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the shop: our web hosting provider, our email delivery provider, our payment processors (Stripe and PayPal), Google Analytics, our production partner (only what is needed to make your patches) and the shipping carrier that delivers your order. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy also apply to that conversation.

Where your data is handled

We are a US business, and our providers may process data in other countries too. We choose providers that protect data appropriately.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax, warranty and dispute purposes. We keep messages and saved quotes for as long as needed to answer and follow up, and we delete them on request unless the law requires us to keep them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to how we use it, or ask for a copy. To use any of these rights, email us and tell us what you need. You can stop reminder emails at any time with the link inside them.

Children

This site is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
