Do I see a mockup before you make my patches?
Yes. We send a free art mockup before anything is made, and you approve it or ask for changes before production starts.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, 25 patches. Pricing gets better per patch as the quantity goes up.
Can I get a custom shape or size?
Yes. Pick Custom in the calculator and tell us what you need, and we quote it by hand.
How long will my order take?
Once you approve the physical sample, production takes about 2 weeks, then shipping takes about 2 weeks depending on your destination.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Send us your order number and a clear photo through the contact page. We look at it, reply by email, and remake the order or refund you.
