How ordering works
The same five steps on every order, so nothing gets made until you have seen it.
- Order and pay a deposit. Choose size, quantity and backing, upload your artwork and pay 25%, 50% or 100% upfront.
- Free digital mockup within 6 hours. Ask for as many changes as you like.
- Physical sample in 2 to 3 days. We make one real patch so you can check it before the full run.
- Production, about 2 weeks. Starts once the sample is approved and the order is paid in full.
- Free shipping, about 2 weeks. You get a tracking link to follow every stage.

Most plate carriers, packs and tactical caps have loop panels, so Velcro backing lets players move patches between kit. If you are not sure, 3 inches is the safe default. We confirm exact sizes on your free mockup.
What an airsoft team order costs
Prices per patch for 3 inch patches with Velcro backing, from our live price list. Shipping is free and we pay the import duties, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

The minimum is 25 pieces per design. A team of 10 to 15 players usually orders 25 of the team logo, which leaves spares for new players and trades with other teams.
Ordering event and milsim patches
Event patches are often handed out at check-in or sold to players, so the date matters. Allow about 4 to 5 weeks from order to delivery: a free mockup within 6 hours, a physical sample in 2 to 3 days, about 2 weeks of production and about 2 weeks of shipping. Order a few more than your player count for staff, marshals and late sign-ups.
Put the event name and year on the design so the patch becomes a keepsake. For a series of events, we keep your thread or color codes on file, so every year matches.
What we can and cannot make
We make patches from artwork you own or have permission to use: your team logo, your event, your own designs. We do not copy other teams' or brands' patches, and official military or police insignia is made only for that agency or with its written approval. Inspired-by designs that are your own original artwork are fine.

What patch type is best for airsoft?
PVC with Velcro is the most popular: it is waterproof, tough and easy to swap. Embroidered patches also work well for team logos.
Can you make event or milsim patches?
Yes. Send the event artwork and quantity. Allow about 4 to 5 weeks before the event date.
Can we order a small run for our team?
Yes. The minimum is 25 pieces per design.
Do you copy other team or brand designs?
We make patches from artwork you own or have permission to use, not other teams' or brands' designs.

3 inches is the most common size for a team logo on a plate carrier or pack. Name and call sign tapes are usually 3.5 to 4.5 inches wide and about 1 inch tall.
Are PVC airsoft patches waterproof?
Yes. PVC and UV + PVC are waterproof and wipe clean after muddy or wet games.
