Before you order
- Send your current patch or artwork and the size you wear now. We match it on the mockup.
- Subdued colors like tan, olive and black are priced the same as any colors. Tell us the shades you need.
- Velcro hook backing fits uniform and gear loop panels for a small extra charge per patch.
- Planning a reunion or homecoming? Order about 4 to 5 weeks ahead.

Embroidered
The traditional stitched unit patch, with raised thread and a merrowed or cut border.

PVC
Waterproof rubber patches with raised detail for field gear and plate carriers.

Woven

How ordering works
The same five steps on every order, so nothing gets made until you have seen it.
- Order and pay a deposit. Choose size, quantity and backing, upload your artwork and pay 25%, 50% or 100% upfront.
- Free digital mockup within 6 hours. Ask for as many changes as you like.
- Physical sample in 2 to 3 days. We make one real patch so you can check it before the full run.
- Production, about 2 weeks. Starts once the sample is approved and the order is paid in full.
- Free shipping, about 2 weeks. You get a tracking link to follow every stage.

Can you make subdued or OCP-style unit patches?
Yes. Send the artwork and the colors you need. Subdued thread colors cost the same as any other colors.
Do military patches come with Velcro?
Velcro hook backing is available on every patch type for a small extra charge per patch. Sew-on is included.
Can veterans order reunion patches?
Yes. Reunion, memorial and veteran group patches are common orders. The minimum is 25 pieces per design.
What artwork can you use?
Your unit's own patch or artwork you are allowed to use. Send a photo, a scan or a design file and we redraw it for the mockup.
How long do unit patches take?
About 4 to 5 weeks in total: mockup within 6 hours, a physical sample in 2 to 3 days, about 2 weeks of production, then about 2 weeks of shipping.
